ORDINANCE N0. 1420 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CTTY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLTSHED BY THE 71JNING MAP OF 5AID <br />CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "E" COMMUNITY STURE DISTRICT ON PORTION5 OF BOTH <br />SIDES OF BONHAM STREET, FROM 4TH STREET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF THE <br />FRISQ"3-SANTA FE RAILYJAY RIGHT OF WAY; ALSO INCLUDING CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON <br />BOTH SIDES OF A PORTION OF CLARKSVILLE STREET, FRO M 6TH ST., S. E. TO 12TH <br />ST., S. E.; AND ALSO INCLUDING PROPERTIES ON BOTH SIDES OF LAMAR AVENUE, <br />FROM 6TH STREET TO 8TH STREET, EXTENDING NORTH TO THE S. B. LINE OF EAST <br />HOUSTON STREET; SO AS TO INCLfJDE THERETN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS <br />A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; DESIC,NATING THE BOIJNDARIES OF THE "E" GbNWQJAIITY <br />STORE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY WUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are <br />hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the same <br />is hereby established on portions of Bonham Street, from 4th Street to the <br />East Boundary Line of the Frisco-Santa Fe Railway right of way; on portions <br />of both sides of Clarksville 5treet, from 8th St., S. E. to 12th St., S. E.; <br />and on both 5ides of Lamar Avenue, from 6th Street to 8th Street, extending <br />North to East Houston Street, to include in such "E" Cornmunity Store District <br />the hereinafter described territory, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "E" <br />Community Store District be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated in the City of Paris, in Lamar County, Texasp and <br />described as follows: <br />TRACT 1: All of that area located an Bonham Street and <br />beginning at the intersection of the N. B. Line of Bonham <br />Street and the W. B. Line of 4th St., N. W.; <br />Thence North to -the S. B. Line of West Houston Street; <br />Thence West with the S. B. Line of West Houston Street <br />to the E. B. Line of 6th St., N. W.; <br />Thence on a line drawn West until the same intcrsects <br />the S. B. Line of Ashby Street; <br />Thence South to the N. B. Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence East with the N. B. Line of Bonham Street to <br />the place of beginning. • <br />Also, beginning at the intersection of the N. B. Line <br />of Bonham Street and the W. B. Line of 9th St., N. W.; <br />Thence North to the S. B. Line of Connor Street; <br />Thence West with the S. B. Line of Connor Street to the <br />East Boundary Line of the combined right of way of the Frisco <br />and Santa Fe Railroad Companies; <br />Thence South with the E. B. Line of the railroad right of <br />way to the N. B. Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence East with the N. B. Line of Bonham Street to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Also, beginning at the intexsection of the S. B. Line of <br />Bonham Street and the W. B. Line of 4th St., S. W.; <br />Thence South to the N. B. Line of Grand Avenue; <br />Thence West to the intersection of the N. B. Line of <br />Grand Avenue to the E. B. Line of 7th St., S. W.; <br />Thence North with the E. B. Line of 7th St., S. W. to <br />the S. B. Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence East with the S. B. Line of Bonhatn Street to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Also, beginning at the intersection of the S. B. Line of <br />Boraham Street and the W. B. Line of 8th St., S. Yd.; <br />Thence South with the W. B. Line of 8th St., S. W. to the <br />N. B. Line of West Kaufman Street; <br />Thence West with the N. B. Line of West Kaufman Street tA <br />the South East Corner of a tract owned by the Paris Coca Cola <br />Bottling Company; <br />Thence North with the E. B. Line of the Coca Cola Bottling <br />Company tract to the S. B. Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence East with the S. B. Line of Bonham Street to the <br />place of beginning. <br />
