BE IT 0 RDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY 0 F PARIS: That 0 rdinance No. 1406, known as the Traffic Code of the City of Paris, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: Article XXI, Section 2, defining Fire-tan6s in the City of Paris and prohibiting parking therein at all times, there is hereby added thereto: East Price Street, on the North Side thereof, from 3rd Street, N. E. to 6th Street, N. E., and lst Street, S. E., on the rast side there- of, from East Austin Street to c-ast Sherman Street, and all parking is hereby and hereafter prohibited thereon, if and when signs are erected or curbs painted giving notice thereof. .qrticle XXI, Suodivision (c), Section 3 thereof, there is hereby created and estabiished a Loading Lone on the East Side of 2nd Street, S. W., between Grand Avenue and !Nest Kaufman Street, in the middle of sa.d block. Article XIII, by adding thereto: Section 8. Intersections where vield sicans reauired, The City Enyineer is hereby authorized to determine and designate intersections where particular hazarcis exist upon other than through streets and to de- termine whether vehicles shall yield at one or more entrances to any such intersection, and shall erect the yield sign at every such place where a yield of the right of way is required. Section 9. Signs to bear the word "Yield". Every sign erected pursuant to this article Sh3J.1 bear the word "Yield" in letters not less than 6 inches in height. :all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
