IL01 )xg_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2t3NIAiG ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PAFtIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUAIDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE DONING MAP OF SAID <br />CITY; ESTABLISHIAIG AN "E" CONYVNNITY S'IURE DISTRICT ON THE BACK 75 FEET <br />OF A LOT BELONGING TO DON R. STONE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTH EAST INTERSECTION <br />OF 30TH ST., S. W. AND BONHAM STREET, SO AS TO INCLWE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOtJNDA- <br />RTES OF THE "E" CONBMtJNITY STORE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY Q7UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISz <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the sarne are <br />hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the same <br />is hereby established on portions of a lot belonging to Don R. Stone, <br />which lot is described as follows: <br />Beginnirag at the South West corner of a lot located <br />at the intersection of the E. B. Line of 30th St., S.W. <br />and the S. B. Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence East 66.67 feet to a stake; <br />Thence Aiorth 75 feet ta a stake; <br />Thence West 66.67 feet to a stake ir► the E. B. Line <br />of 30th St„ S. W.; <br />Thence SoUth with the E. B. Line of 30th St., S. W. <br />75 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Section 2. That the Actipg City Engineer of the City of Paris be, <br />and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, atad in <br />accordance var3.th the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All c>rdinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordiqance shall become effective imrnediately upon <br />passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in <br />regular session convened, at Council Chambers, on this, the llth day of <br />November, A.
