ORDINANCE IVJ. 1 V 3~. <br />,4N ORDINANCE AMEIVDING THE ZOIVING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY UF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AND CHANGING TH-t HJUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING AN "E" COMMETNITY STORE DISTRICT CN TI-IE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF <br />LAIWlAR AVENUL, BEING FOUR TRACTS BELONGING TO CHARLES OtBRIEN, GOVY WILLIANS, <br />J. H. GRIFFIIV, AND EARL WILSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY K7RMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE HJUNDARIES OF THEE "E" <br />COMN[JNITY SMRE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT GRDAINED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARSS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning <br />Map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br />and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the same is hereby established <br />on lots belonging to Charles OtBrien, Cov,r Williams, J. H. Griffin, and Earl <br />t'Uilson, which lots are described as follows: <br />Beginning at the No*th West Corner of a tract of land belonging to <br />Charles 0tBrien, at a point on Lamar Avenue, across the street and to <br />the tWest of 27th Street, N. E.; <br />Thence East with the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue to the <br />North East Corner of a tract belonging to Earl Wilson; <br />Thence 5outh with the E. B. Line of the Earl Wilson tract to the <br />North Boundary Line of a tract belonging to Morgan Johnson, same <br />being the 5outh East Corner of the Earl Wilson tract; <br />Thence West to the South West Corner of the Charles U`Brien tract; <br />Thence North to the place of beginning. <br />Being four tracts of land belonging to Gharles OtBrien, Covy <br />UVilliams, J. H. Griffin, and Earl Wilson. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is <br />hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br />with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with <br />the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts oF ordinances in confl.ict herewith <br />are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately Upon <br />passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular <br />session convened, at Council Chambers, on this, the lOth day of March, A.
