I~V- <br />AN ORDI NANCE AMENDI NG TI-E ZONING GRDI NANCE 0 F THE CITY 0 F PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AND CHANGlNG THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLI5HED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING AN "E" CO1I~AUNITY STQRE DISTRICT AT THE INTERSECTION OF TI-EE WEST <br />BOUNDARY LINE OF 8TH STREET, S. E. AfdD THE IV"JRTH BOUNDAAY LINE UF FORT STREET, <br />SO A5 TO INCLUDE TI-EREIN TERRITnRY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDEIVTIAL DTSTRICT; <br />AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "E" COMNN7NITY STURE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY UF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map <br />and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br />an "E" Community Store District be, and the sarne is hereby established on lots <br />belonging to A. M. Haraway, E. T. Boyle, Jr., Eugenia Malone, and Hunt Clinic, <br />which lots are deseribed as follows: <br />Beginning at the South East Corner of a lot belonging to L. G. <br />Rucker, on the West Boundary Line of 8th StreEt, S. E.; <br />Thence South tv the intersection of the West Boundary Line of <br />8th Street, S. E. and the North Boundary Line of Fort Street; <br />Thence 'dYest to the South East Corner of a lot belonging to <br />Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home; <br />Thence North to the North WeSt Corner of a tract belonging to <br />A. M. Haraway; <br />Thence East to the South West Corner of a tract belonging to <br />Hunt Clinic; <br />Thence North to the North West Corner of a tract belonging to <br />Eugenia Malone; <br />Thence East to the place af beginning. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is <br />hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with <br />the provisions of Ordinance Aio. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular <br />session convened, at Council Chambers, on this, the lOth day of March, H.
