BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIJNCIL OF THE CI1Y Or PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning PJlap and Ordinances of the Cx* of Paris be, and the same are hereby changedp and that a"G" Comrnercial District be, and the same is hereby established on a lot belonging ta Hareld Blackburn, which lot is described as follows: A part of the Asa Jarman Survey and being a part of lots 11 and 12 of the Warren Addition to the City of Paxisg Texas; BEGINNING at a stake on the North side of Bonham Street, same being the Southeast corner of lot 119 Warxen Addition; THENG'-P North with the E. B. line of lot 11, 155r2L feet a stake; THENCE West 120 feet a stake; THENCE South 1551 feet a stake, the N. B. line of Bonham Street; THENCE East 120 feet with the N. B. line of Bonham Street, the place o£ beginning. BEING located in Nest Par3.s, at 1828 Bonham Street. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance IVo. 1409, as amendedg and in accordaRCe with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby expressly xepealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective irnmediately upon passag2.
