ORDINANGE NOe 1491 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TFiE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, CHANGING THE BOUNDARLES ESTABLISHED BY TH:E ZONING MAP OF SUCH CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "F" COMMERCIAL DISTRIGT ON A LOT 150 FEET BY 60 FEET, FRONTING ON 19TH STREET, N. E„ BELONGING TO LEE R. HILL, SOAS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TE.RRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNA TET? AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRIGT, AND Dr.SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "F" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ES TABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundariea heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby chanoed, and that an "F" Commercial District be, and the same is hereby established on a portion of a lot belonging to Lee R. Hill, which lot is de- scribed as follows: Beginning at the S. W. Corner of three lots conveyed to Lee R, Hill and wife by Sallie Weigand by deed dated May 8, 1946, re» corded in Book 289, Page 279 of the Deed Records of Lamar Countyp and two lots described in deed from Clarence Robinson dated June 22, 1946, recorded in Book 289, Page 216 of the Deed Records of Lama.r County, at a sta.ke on the E. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E, ; Thence East with the S. B. Line of Lee R. Hill's lot9 150 feet to an alley, the S. E. Corner of said Hill lots; Tha nce North 60 feet a stake in the E. B. Line of said Hill lots; Thence West 150 feet to a stake in the E. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E. ; Thence South 60 feet to the place of beginning, and located within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texa,s. Section 2. Tha.t the City Engineer of the Gity of Paris be, and he is directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1409: as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
