AVk _ i <br />ORDINANi, E T?O„ 1499 <br />AN OR.DINANCE AIuiENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTAB- <br />LISHED BY THE ZONING MAI' OF SAID GITY; ESTABLISHING A"G" <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ON LAMAR AVENUE AT THE NORTH WEST <br />INTERSECTION OF LAMAR AVENUE AND 19TH STREET, N. E,, ON <br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROBERT H. YOUNG, SO AS TO INCLIIDE <br />THEREIN TER.R.ITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL <br />DIS TRIC T; AND DESIGNA TING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "G" <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PA RIS : <br />Section 1, <br />Tha,t the <br />boundaries heretofore established <br />by the <br />Zoning Map and <br />ordinances <br />of the City of Paris be, and the <br />same are <br />hereby cha.nged, <br />and tha.t a <br />"G" Commercial I?istrict be, and <br />the same <br />is hereby establi <br />shed on a <br />lot belonging to Robert H. Young, <br />which lot <br />is described as <br />follows: <br />Situated in the County o£ Lamar and 5tate of Texa.s, and <br />being a part of the Gecrge W. Cox Survey; and beginning <br />at the intersection of the W. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E. <br />and the N. B. Line of Lamar Avenue; Thence West 90 <br />feet, a stake, the South West Corner of the Robert H. <br />Young lot; Thence North 90 feet a stake; Thence East 90 <br />feet a stake in the E. B. Line of the Robert H. Young <br />lot and the W. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E. ; Thence <br />South with the W. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E., 90 feet <br />to the place of beginning. <br />5ection 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he <br />is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordina.nce No. 1409, as amended, and <br />in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Sectinn 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in <br />regular session convened, at Council Chambers, on this the 14th day of <br />December, A.
