City Council Meeting <br />May 14, 2001 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Councilman McCarthy and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-058, approving Change Order No. One to the Contract for <br />the "1739 Neathery Street Storm Water Drainage Project No. 45.59 - 2000," to <br />reflect added cost of extended HMAC surface and sub-base not figured in <br />original scope, and providing for a net increase of $32,975.23 in the contract <br />price, for a total contract price of $179,671.23, was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />City Manager Malone advised the City Council that the next two items on the <br />agenda, Change Order No. One to the contract between the City of Paris and <br />Service Electric for the installation of electrical service for the Fire Station No. <br />Two and Change Order No. One to the contract for Fire Station No. Four, had <br />been tabled, and a motion to bring those items from the table would be in order. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Manning, to bring the items from the table. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-059, approving the form of Change Order No. One to the <br />contract between the City of Paris and Service Electric of Southeastern <br />Oklahoma, Inc., for electric service for Fire Station No. Two, located at 4050 <br />Pine Mill Road, to reroute service, install two (2) underground electrical <br />conduits, and relocate thermostats, and providing for a net increase orS 1,132.76 <br />in the contract price, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Plata, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-060, approving the form of Change Order No. One to the <br />contract between the City of Paris and Service Electric of Southeastern <br />Oklahoma, Inc., for electric service for Fire Station No. Four, located at 24th <br />Street SE and Jefferson Road, to reroute service, install two (2) underground <br />electrical conduits, and relocate thermostats, and providing for a net increase of <br />$1,882.45 in the contract price, was presented.
