That the boundaries established by the zoning map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a Community Store District be, and the same is hereby, established on 9th Street N. E. at Blake Roadp to include in the Community Store District the hereinafter described territory presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said Community Store District be, and the same are hereby established as followss A part of the Redding Russell Surveyo beginning at the intersection of the E. B. Line of 9th N. E. Street with the North Boundary Line of Blake Road; Thence East with said N.B. Line of Blake Road 33 feet; Thence North 190 feet; Thence West 33 feet the E. B. Line of said 9th N. E. Street; Thence South with said E. B. Line of 9th N. E. Street 190 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
