1331 OR.D INANCE TT lVOw ~ AN ORDINANCE AI4ENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING DrAP OF SAID CITY, ESTABLISHING A COMMEftCIAL DIS- TRICT ON THL, SOUTH SIDE UF HICKORY STREET TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY PRESENTLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND DESIGNATING THI, BOUNDARIES OF THE COM1VfERCIAL DISTRICT SO ES- TABLISHED, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries established by the Zoning Map and Urdinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a"Commercial DistrictT1 be, a n d t h e s am e is hereb y, established on the south side of Hickory Street embracing the east one-ha l f o f Lo t 3 a n d a l l of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 11, Fairview Addition to the City of Paris. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, authorizad and directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
