the question as to whether such contract should be entered into <br />or as to whether such time warrants in payment therefor and for <br />such indebtedness owing to Ross N~achinery Company of Dallas, <br />Texas, should be issued has been filed by the qualified voters <br />of said City as provided by law; NOVd, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />1.
