Rates andcharges for miscellaneous services and equip- ment shall remain as heretofore established except as superseded by those rates and charges containEd in the Schedule of Miscellaneous Rates and Charges attached hereto and made a part hereof; provided, however, that Southwestern Be11 Telephone Company shall have -the right to file f-rom time to time with the City ;lerk different rates and chargeF for such miscellaneous services and equipment, such different rates and charges to become ef:ective 30 days after filing unless oi:herwise ordered by the City Council. 5ection 2.
