That the boundaries established by the Zoning t!Iap and Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby chan9ed, ar.d that- a"Communitr Store District" be, and the same is hereby established on the S. B. Line of East Cherry Street and thc W. B. Line oi 29th Street, IJ. E., to include in such "Comnranity Store District" the hereinafter descriued territory, which is presc.ntly Gesignated as a"Residential T llistrict", and that the boundaries of said "Commur,ity Store District" be' and the same are hereby established as follows: Eeing L.ot 1 in Block 4 of Springlake Acidition to the City of Paris, as shown by plat of said :idc(ition rccorded in Plat Book 1, Page 89, Lamar County Records. Section 2. That the City 4ngineer of the City of Paris be~ and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of t}ie City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Sec-tior7 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict iiereveith are hereby cxpressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened at Council Chamaers on this 13tn day of May, .t.
