BE IT 0RDr1INED BY `IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAI-IS : SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning ;7ap of the City of Paris be and the sarn.e are hereby amended and changed, and that a commercial district be and the same is hereby established on Clarksville and Fort Streets in the City of Paris, to include in the commercial district the hereinafter described territory presently designated as a residdatial district, and that the boundaries of said commercial district so designated be and the same are here- by established as follaws: FIRST TRACT. BEGINTiTNG at the NE corner of a lot formerly owned by Dr. W. H. Hancoek, a point in the SB line oP Clarksville Street; THENCE south 30$ feet, a stake; TFi;NCE east 171 feet, a stake; THZNCE north 308 feet to the SB line of Clarksville 3treet, THENCE west 171 feet to the place of beginning. SECOND `1'RA.CT. BEGINT,TING at the SE corner of lot described in daed Prom J. M. Fort and wife to Jack Barry, a point in the NB line of Fort 5treet; THr.TCE east with the NB line o2' Fort Street 67 feet, a stake; THENCE north 121 feet, a stake in the SB line of the above second tract; TH~NCE west 67 feet, a stake; TFENCE south 121 feet to the place of beginning. SECTTON 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be and he is hereby authorized and direeted to change the Zoning ~Zap o2' the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
