<br />city, be ana the sarie is hereby annexed to tl.e City of Paris and admi.tted into

<br />tion of the Cit3T of Pa.ri-s a.nd the boundassy limits of the City of P~xis are here-
<br />byr extended sQ as to include and embrace said territory andto conforr:i to same
<br />as r.erein set aut, to-wit:
<br />BEGIAITvZNG at the intersection of the E. B. line of 19th Street, S. W., with
<br />the N. B. line oj' Sherman Street nrojected, saiae being 498 Feet 5outh of the
<br />S. B. line of 1?ustin Street; tnence in an Easterly direction 1370 Feet to the
<br />T. B. line of 17th 5treet, S. bii., a stake in ihe N. B. line of Sherman Street
<br />projectecl, same being 455 Feet South of the S. B. line of Austin Street; thence
<br />South 50 Feet, a stuke; thence iri aWesterly direction parallel to and 50 Feet
<br />distant from the above described East line 1370 Feet, the 'r7. B. line of 19th
<br />Street, S. W.; thence North 50 i+eet to the place of beginning.

<br />Section 3. The City Lnsrineer is herebJ instructed to mal:e a coraplete surve-j
<br />of the abovE descriUCd terriuox^f and to mark the boundaries thereoi by proper
<br />monu:lents; a.nd to 5'1T'VE'jr~ establa.sh and open, under the direction of the City
<br />Mana?er, all streets, roads, a11Eys a.nd tiva;;-s in said terri.tor`;r dedicated to
<br />nublic use; and to ma.tce and file with the City Clerk a co;nplete rnap of said newly
<br />annexed territory shomn,c-; al1 propertJr Lines, lots ar_d trarts tY7erein, together
<br />with the nar.±es of the owners of sa-ie, and a11 streEts, alle;r5, roads and ways
<br />dedicated to oublic use; and to immer'.i.ately correct the map of the Cit;,r of
<br />Paris so as to add thereto the addit; onal territory described ~ierein, indicating
<br />on such map the date of annexation, the number of the ordinance and reference
<br />to the minutes or ordinance records of the City of Paris where such instrument
<br />is recorded in full.
<br />Section 4. The City tax assessor and collector of taxes of the City of
<br />Paris is Iiereby directed to list a11 lots, tracts and property situated in said
<br />annex:ed territory on the taxrolls of the City of Paris and hereafter to assess
<br />same for ta.:>es in accordance with law.
