•Am Ah r ORDINANCE N0. r, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONINC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLT5HED IN THE 201VING MAP OF THE CITY OF PARIS, ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ON LAMAR AVENUE AT 21ST STREET S.E. IN SAID CITY TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND DESIGNATEDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Paris be and the same are hereby amended and changed, and that a commercial district be and the same is hereby estab- lished at the soezthwest intersection of Lamar Avenue and 21st 5treet S.E. in the City of Paris, to include in the commercial district the hereinafter described territory presently desig- nated as a residential district, ancl tihat the boundaries of said commercial district so designated be and the same are hereby established as follows: BEGINNING at the intersec;tion of the SB line of Lamar Avenue with the WB line o.f 21st Street S.E.; THENCE South with the WB l.ine of 21st Street S.E. ba feet, a stake; THENCE West d5 feet, a stake, the EB line of the Charles Floyd proper°ty; THENCE North with said EB line 65 feet to the place of beginningo SECTION 2o That the City Engirleer of the City of Paris be and he is hereby authori7ed and directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 30 ,All ordinances anci parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
