That the boundaries established in the zoning map of the City of Faris be, and the same ars hereby changed and that a Cammercisl Distriet be, and the same is hereby establiahed on the North gide of Bonham Street, including territory naw designated aa a Residential District and that the boundaries of the said Com~nercial District so established, be, arxi the same are hereby es- tabZished as shown by the plat and map following, and a pa.rt hermof as followa: Situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of City Block 45, anl beginr►ing at the intersection of the NB line of Bonham 5tre6t with the WB line of 7th Street NW, foraierly Division Street. Thence North with the WB line of 7th Street NW, 256.7 feet, a stake; Thence West 100 feet, a stake; Thence South 256 feet more or less to a stake in the NB line of Bonham St. Thence Northeasterly with Bonhsun Street, 101.75 feet to the place of beginning. Being the same property as described in Deed Book 214, on Psge 185 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, 2exas, to which reference is here madi for all necessary and legal purposes. Section 2.
