A ANk • <br />Ordinance No. 1266 <br />An ordinance prohibiting the parking, ranking or standing of auto- <br />mobiles., trucks and/or other vehicles on a certa.in part of ~dest Washington <br />Street in the City of Paris betwreen the hours of 9 o'clock A. M. and 6 <br />o'clock P. M. on Arednesday of each and every week, prescribi.ng a penalty <br />for violation hereof, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br />in conflict hdrewith. <br />BE IT ORDt1TIvTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />l. That it shall hereafter be unlawf4ul for any person to park, rank <br />and/or stand an automobiles truck and/or other vehiikl.s between the hours <br />of 9 0'clock A. M. and 6 0'clock P. M. on Wednesday of e*ch and every week <br />hexeafter in, on or along that part of West Washington 8treet described <br />as follows: The South side of West Ildashington Streetj, beginning at the <br />East boundary line of the Texas and New Orleaas Railroad Compaty (formerly <br />The Texas Midland Rail.a3oad right-of way) right-of-way and extending East <br />for a distance of 240 feet. <br />2. Any person violatina any of the provisions of this ordi.nance shall <br />upon convicti6n be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convi.ction thereof sha71 <br />be punished by a find not exceedi.ng $5.00; provided that no costs shall be <br />assessed or collectdd in ad.dition to said fine. <br />3.
