• AdObAN16 Awk r10.1271 AN ORDINAIdCE FIXING AND DETERMINING RATES AND CHARGES TO BE CHARGED FOR SALES OF NATURAL GAS TO RESIDENTIAL AND CON1MERCIAL CONSUMERS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH SUCH RATES AND CHARGES MAY BE CHANGED AND AMENDED AND DE- CLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: SECTION l. Effective with the first gas bills rendered after the date of passage and approval of this ordinance the rates and charges for sales of natural gas and natural gas service rendered to residential and commercial consumers with- in the city limits of Paris by Lone Star Gas Company, a Texas corporation, i*v~ -Asa4g*6; are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: Nlonthly Niinimum Bill . . . . . . . $.50 Nlonthly Service Charge . . . . . . .50 All Gas at $.7$33 per M.C.F. gross; $.705 per M.C.F. net Net rate shall apply to all bills paid within 10 days from monthly billing date. Except with respect to the rates fixed in this ordinance, all charges for natural gas service now in effect shall remain in effect unchanged. The above rates and charges are applicable to each resi- dential and commercial consumer per month or for any part of a month for which gas is used at the same location. SECTION 2.
