AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEGTION THREE OF ORDINANCE N0. 1215, ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1950, SO AS TO INCLUDE IN THE FIRE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS A CERTAIN LOT IACATED IN THE 700 BLOQC OF BONHAM STREET, DESCRIBING THE TERRITORY INCLUDED IN THE FIRE LIMITS OF SAID CITY BY THE TERM.S OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND REPEALIW, ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN OONFLICT HEREWITH: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1215, heretofore passed and adopted by the City Council of the City ofParis on April 24, 1950, be, and the same is hereby amended so that hereafter the "Fire Limits" of the City of Paris shall includet and the same shall be included in said Fire Limits, the following described tract and property to-wit: A part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being that particular tract of land conveyed to George T. Wright by deed from Mrs. Ione Wright recorded in Book 164, page 192, Lamar County Deed Records, bounded as follows: BBGINNING at a stake in the north boundary line of Bonham Street, 203 feet South 76 degrees o5 minutes West of the West boundary line of 7th Street N.W. (formerly Division Street), at the Southwest corner of a lot deeded Bonnie Belle Bowen from S. J. Wright, as evidenced by deed of Bonnie Belle Bowen of record in Book 128, page 391, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE North 287.4 feet to the S.B. line of Ashby Avenue; THENCE WEST 95 feet a stake; THENCE South 0 degrees 20 minutes East 311 feet to the NB line of Bonham Street; THENCE with the N.B. line of Bonham Street North 76 degrees 05 minutes East 96 feet to the place of beginning. As determined from a actual survey by R. G. Berry, State Licensed Land Surveyor on April 6, 1953. Section 2, That the tract of land hereinabove described be and the same is herby included in the Fire Limits of the City of Paris in addition to the territory within such Fire Limits and the City Engineer be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to change the present Map of the Fire Limits of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective imnediately upon passage. Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict here- with are expressly repealed.
