<br />duly presented to the City council of the Cit,y of.' paris, Texas, by the City
<br />Enginear and 'nave been f ul].y exftmined and have heretof ore been approved hy
<br />the City Coiancil; THEREFORE;

<br />SECTION 1. Thera exists a public necessity for the improver,ient
<br />of the herean~a£ter described portians of streets in the City of PAris, Texas.
<br />Section 2. Tha+ each of the f"o11oUrin', streets, to-wit;

<br />shall be improved in the followin,; manner, ±o-wit:
<br />(1) That said streets shall be cut and filled so as to brir,_ the
<br />sar.ie to grade;
<br />(2) That said streets s?iall be paved from curb tc curb trritY 6-i.nch
<br />soil-asphalt base and single asphalyic surface treatment;
<br />(3 ) That concrete burbs and ;utters and curb returns, and setver
<br />drop in-7.ets shall be constructed along both sides of the paved
<br />portions of said streets, a11 such improvements to be cor_structed
<br />in strict accordanco with the plans and specifications therefor;
<br />provided that any existin~ curhs and xutters in place meet9.nU the

<br />owners shall be allcwed on the assessments avainst such prope:•tie3
