MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Steve Methven, Building Official <br /> <br />DATE: August 6, 2001 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Oak Creek, Phase 10 <br /> <br /> I have reviewed the preliminary'plat of the above referenced property. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions: <br /> <br />1. Owners must sign preliminary plat <br /> <br />The developer should examine and incorporate methods to control point <br />discharge of stormwater onto adjacent property which does not exceed <br />predevelopment rtmoff quantities and rates. <br /> <br />If stormwater is discharged onto adjacent properties, it must be done in such <br />a way as not to cause erosion or other detrimental effects. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat, upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Steve Methven <br />Building Official <br /> <br />Michael E.
