<br />72 <br /> <br />Redeeming"Property <br /> <br />ation, or the agents, or employes of such person, firm, association <br />of persons, or corporation, who shall keep, maintain, Gontroll, <br />manage, or use house, building, or place within the corporate lim- <br />its of the city of Paris, for the storing of gunpowder, shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before the <br />mayor's court, shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five <br />dollars nor more than fifty dolla.1s, and each day said house, build- <br />ing, or place, shall be kept. maintained, controlled, or used for <br />such purpose, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense; pro- <br />vided, that the ordinance go into effect in 30 days and ten days <br />publication. <br />Adopted Jan. 14, 1889' <br />Attest, <br /> <br />JOHN HARVEY, <br /> <br />City Sec. <br /> <br />CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE. <br /> <br />REDEEMING PROPERTY. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE redeeming- property sold for taxes. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the city council of the city of Paris: <br /> <br />SEC.!. That all persons whose property has heretofore been <br />sold for taxes and the same has been bought in by the city, that <br />the parties be permitted to redeem the same by paying the taxes <br />due and all legal cost that may have accrued, and it shall be the <br />duty of the city to deed back to the parties respectfully.
