CITY OF PARIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />Appendix C- Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Text Amendments <br />B. The extent to which the development would be compatible with the surrounding area. <br />C. The extent to which the proposal conforms to the provisions of the City' Subdivision <br />Regulations and Comprehensive Plan. <br />D. The extent to which the proposal conforms to customary engineering standards used in <br />the City. <br />E. The extent to which the location of streets, paths, walkways, and driveways are located so <br />as to enhance safety and minimize any adverse traffic impact on the sunounding area. <br />Development Standards, "Loop Highway Overlay District": The Site Plan shall <br />demonstrate the extent to which the structures, roads, driveways, and parking lots in the " <br />Loop Highway Overlay District" have been proposed to achieve the access standards of <br />the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Manufactured Housing Standards <br />Manufactured Home: A structure which bears a seal indicating compliance with the <br />federal manufactured home construction and safety standards established pursuant to 42 <br />U.S.C., 5401, and constructed on or after June 15, 1976. <br />Manufactured Home Park: Any area, piece, parcel, tract, or plot of ground equipped as <br />required for support of manufactured homes and offered for use by the owner or repre- <br />sentative for manufactured home park purposes and/or ground upon which three or more <br />manufactured homes are parked, whether for compensation or not, including all <br />accessory uses thereof. The term "manufactured home park" does not include sales lots <br />of which unoccupied manufactured homes are parked for the purpose of inspection and <br />sale. <br />Manufactured Home (Factory Built Home) Residential-Design: A manufactured home <br />which is designed with the same appearance of an on- site, conventionally built, single- <br />family dwelling and satisfies the criteria established in Article 5 Use Regulations. <br />100 BWR <br />5A98288\WPC1fina1 rcpon 2-01.coc <br />
