(7_125-3328) MAIN?ENANCE SERVICE Beginniny on the Effective Uate, IBM agrees to provide. durin,y iDM's normai business hours, the :tvaiiahility of maintenance servic;e while the machines are located within the United States or Puerr,o Rico. Maintenance service to keep the machines in. or restore the machines ko, good working order includes preventive malntenance baseci on tne specitic needs of individual machmfes as determined by IBM and on- cail remediai maintenance. Preventive maintenance may be per- formed during the course of remedial maintenance Maintenance service aiso inrludes iubr+caUon, adjustrnents and replacEsrrient of maintenance parts, all as deemed nzcessary by IBM. Maintenance parts, which may be used parPS, wili be fumishad on an exrhange basis, ard the replaced paris become the property of IBM. The Customer agrees to prov+de a suitable environment for the machines as speeofied by IBM, mcluding adequate space, electncal power, air conditioninc} and humidiry controi, and 2o provide !BM tuH free and safe access to the machines to provide maintenance service. The Customer is responsible to implement appropriate saieguards for the Customer's data. The Customer is responsible for removir,c,., controlling and repfacing or re!oading funds contained in the ma- chines iE3M wil! service machlnes containing funrs onEy when the cash container canno; be opened prior to repair by IBM, ir, which cas+ the Customer will remove the funds as soon as the cantainer has beer7 ppened. ENGINEERltdG CHANGES Engineennq chanqes, determired applicaole by IBM, will be controllec andinstalled by 1BM The Customer may, by providing natice subjecttc writtE;n confirmation by IBM, elect to have only mandatory changes, as determined by IBM, installed on machines so designated. THE ADDtTiONAL TERMS AND CQNDITIONS ON THE REVERSE SIDE ARE PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
