RESOLUTION NO. 2230 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, in Resolution No. 2197, award the contract for <br />Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, Phase III to B& B <br />Equipment Co; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Intezim City Engineer, Richard Babb, <br />acting as project engineer of said project recommends the <br />amendment of said contract by change order no. 2 attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A"; NQW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, Phase III <br />contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 2 attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Joe Graham, is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of <br />the City of Paris to execute said change order. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1982. <br />J e Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />4 <br />McCollum, Acting City Clerk <br />J 7 <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />. <br />T.
