RESOLUTION N0. 2128 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />heretofore determined that it is in the best interest of <br />the citizens of the City of Paris to establish an Appraisal <br />District for Lamar County and that Appraisal District be <br />governed by five (5) directors, who would represent all <br />of the citizens of Lamar County; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of <br />the citizens of Paris that the City of Paris cast its <br />votes for said director for W. T. (Bill) Murphy; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the 985 votes, which the City of Paris is <br />entitled to cast for persons nominated for the Board of <br />Directors of the Appraisal District for Lamar County, are <br />hereby voted for W. T. (Bill) Murphy; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk of the <br />City of Paris, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby directed <br />to deliver a certified copy of this Resolution and Ballot <br />No. 2, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, marked with <br />985 votes for W. T.
