Muse, <br />T am the City Manager of the City of_ Paris which is its Chief Adminis- <br />trative Officer. As City Manager I prepare the annual budget for <br />approval by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />2 have funds budgeted in the current budget which runs through <br />June 30,1982, which could and would be used for the City's $1250.00, <br />local match for the above referenced project in the event the same <br />becomes due during this physical year. <br />It is my understanding that it is likely that this project will <br />need local funding after June 30,1982; therefore, I have included in <br />my 1982-83 Budget Account 301 - Z-3, $1250.00, for local match for <br />polygraph equipment. <br />Enclosed herewith are two copies of the subject grant applications <br />fu11y executed.
