NOTICE TO IIIDDER <br />The City of Paris, Texas, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 A.M., <br />Wednesday, September 3, 1980, for the construction of a concrete <br />Basketball Court at Johnson and Record Parks, located within The City of Paris, Texas. Bidders should contact the City Engineer's <br />Office at 120 East Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas, for Plans and <br />Specifications and for inspection of the job site arld review of <br />work required. <br />Sealed Bids addressed to The Honorable Mayar and City Council, Office <br />of the City Manager, City Hall, P.O. Box 1037, Paris, Texas 75460, will <br />be received until 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 3, 1980, at which <br />time all bids received will be publicly opened, tabulated, and <br />referred to The Mayor and City Council for consideration at the City <br />Council Meeting to be held on Monday, September 8, 1980_ <br />Proposal shall be accompanied by a Cashier's or Certified Check upon <br />a National or State Bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) <br />of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to The City <br />of Paris, Paris, Texas, or a Bid Bond in the amount from a reliable <br />surety company, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a contract <br />within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. <br />The right is reserved, as the interest of the owner may require to <br />reject any and all bids, and waive any informality in bids received. <br />No deposit for Plans and Specifications will be required. <br />CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />By: /s/ Robert W.
