RESOLUTION N0, 2038 , <br />WHEREAS, certain expense and capital outlay accounts have <br />experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget appropria- <br />tions in the 1979-80 fiscal year as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Parks and Recreation $9, 704. 15 <br />Traffic and Public Lighting 5,003.92 <br />GRAND TOTAL <br />$14, 708. 07 <br />AND WHEREAS, the following accounts in the amounts shown <br />therein as follows: <br />REVENUE SHA RE FUND <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Parks and Recreation $9, 704. 15 <br />TrafPic and Public L.ighting 5,003.92 <br />GRAND TOTAL $14, 708. 07 <br />are unincumbered; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Director of Finance, H. C. Greene, be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to expend from the following accounts <br />the amounts shown there.in: <br />REVENUE SHA RE FUND <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Parks and Recreation $9, 704. 15 <br />Traffic and Public Lighting 5,003.92 <br />Total <br />$14, 708. 07 <br />being the total sum of $14, 708. 07, to be credited to the following <br />accounts: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Parks and Recreation $9, 704. 15 <br />Traffic and Public Lighting 5,003.92 <br />Total $14, 708. 07 <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of June, 1980. <br />Michael E.
