RESOLUTION N0, 1903 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the Clty of Paris has undertaken a project <br />of construction of a 39 Foot paved street, measured from back to back of <br />concrete curb with related facilities, utilities and other appurtenances on <br />Blake Road from East edge of pavement in Fitzhugh Avenue (9th Street, N.E.) <br />approximately 3500 feet Easterly to West edge of pavement in 2~th Street, <br />N. E.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described in three (3) parcels, with <br />owners shown immediately after each, is necessary for such street project; ~aid <br />parcels being as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar <br />County, Texas, a part of the Redding Russell Survey, and being a <br />part of Lot 1, City Block 270, which was described in deed from <br />Robert Glass and Joe B. Collins to R. Henry Price and wife, Minnie <br />Bess Price, dated July 6, 1966, recorded Book 445, Page 158, Deed <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Blake Road; said <br />point being at its intersection with the East Boundary Line of Fitzhugh <br />Avenue; <br />THENCE North 5 feet to a point for a corner; <br />THENCE North 88 Deg. 22 Min. East 33 feet to a point for a corner; <br />THENCE South 5 feet to a point for a corner; said point being in the <br />North Boundary Line of Blake Road; <br />THENCE South 88 Deg. 22 Min. West along the North Boundary Line of <br />Blake Road 33 feet to the place of beginning and containing 165 Sq. <br />Ft. or .0038 acres. <br />and is owned by R. Henry Price and wife, P~innie Bess Price,and has been sold <br />to Mack Jones on a Contract of Sale; <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, <br />Texas, a part of the I.
