LEASE AGREEMENT <br />STATE OF TEXAS 0 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR ~ LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GITY QF PARIS, a <br />municipal corporation, acting by and through its City Manager, <br />ROBERT W. SOKOLL, duly authorized, hereinafter referred to as <br />Lessor, and JAMES M. WRENN, JR. , of Lamar County, Texas, <br />hereinafter referred to as Lessee, WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the payment of monthly rental, due <br />on or before the lst day of each month, to the CITY OF PARIS, a' <br />municipal corporation, as follows: $300. 00 per month, which includes <br />utilities, for the month of January, 1979, and each month thereafter, <br />so long <br />as <br />the CITY OF PARIS <br />retains use of operations office, pitots' <br />lounge <br />and <br />restrooms, with the <br />monthly rental being increased to <br />$325.00, plus utilities, at the time that the City vacates the operations <br />office, pilots' lounge and restrooms, said CITY OF PARIS does hereby <br />lease, rent and let unto JAMES M. WRENN, JR. that portion of Cox <br />Field property known as the main hangar and described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof for all legal purposes. <br />The term of this lease is for ten (10) years, beginning on the <br />lst day of January, 1979, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1988. <br />IN CONSIDERATION HEREOF, it is mutually agreed by and be- <br />!tl <br />tween Lessor and Lessee: <br />1. That Lessee pay to Lessor, or order, at the City Hall in <br />the City of Paris, the agreed rental in advance, promptly and without <br />neglect, default or delay. <br />2.
