of such deceased personn to the nearest hospital, unless <br />otherwise directed by responsible parties and remain <br />there until a medical examiner or licensed medical <br />doctor formally pronounces the subject dead. City and <br />County agree that City will not be required to transport <br />any cadavers from any hospital. <br />20. It is agreed that all calls for ambularxce <br />service that are received by County shall be referred to <br />the CITY OF PARIS AMBULANCE SERVICE, operated by City. <br />21. In the event that the County desires continued <br />ambulance service beyond the end of this contract, being <br />August 31, 1979, County shall give written notice to the <br />City on or before 1 June, 1980, of its desire for service <br />for an additional term and, upon receipt of said notice <br />on or before June 20, 1980, City wi11 deliver to County <br />the rates and contract price upon which it will deliver <br />service and, thereafter on or before 1 July, 1980, County <br />will execute the contract for service for the additional <br />term upon the same terms and conditions as stated herein. <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />By. <br />Michael E.
