RESOLUTION N0. 19; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore receive a request for a pro-rata sewer service extensio Eastha - area adjacent to Pine Mill Road from 30th Street, N. E. , P proximately 1680 feet to an existing sewer line; and, WHEREAS, upon the receipt of the same preliminary plans, specifications and estimate of the total cost of the p ldered at the prepared and delivered to the Ctty Manager and1979 and a ublic regular Council Meeting on the 9th day of July, , P hearing concerning the same was set for and held on the 13th day of August, 1979; and, WHEREAS, after hearing the matters presented at the public hearing the City Council is of the opinion that it is in the best in- terest of the citizens of Paris and particularly the citizens in the vicinity of the proposed project that the City ofrP~hes rotection of sponsor for said project, whlch ls necessar NOW ,~EREFORE, health and welfare in thts undeveloped area, , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Pine Mill Road sanitary sewer extension, being from 30th Street, N. E. , East approximately 1680 feet to an exist- ing sewer line, be, and the same is hereby approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City an~a~erected Robert W. Sokoll, be, and he ~s hereby authorzzed to proceed with said project and that a pro-rata contract is waived with regard to this project, but upon completion of hhe project the actual costs of said pro~ect shall be flxed and of price per foot established for the purpose of t n~ to anding the pro-rata charges to proper.ty owners t d~to be collected in benefitting from the same and the amoun the event of connection to the line so constructed.
