RESOLUTION N0. 1990 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, on the <br />9th day of July, 1979, pass Resolution No. 1950 providing for <br />Addendum No. 2 to Agreement for Engineering Services, dated <br />August 13, 1970; and, <br />WHEREAS, the same was submitted to the Texas Department <br />of Water Resources, Construction Grants Division, for its approval, <br />and the heretofore adopted Addendum No. 2 was required to be <br />changed to the form shown on Exhfbit A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, such change is hereby designated as First Amended <br />Addendum No. 2, and it is found to be in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Paris that such amended addendum be approved and exe- <br />cuted and placed in force; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf <br />of the City of Paris, First Amended Addendum No. 2 to Agreement <br />for Engineering Services, heretofore entered into between the City <br />of Paris and Hayter Engineering, dated August 13, 1970, in the <br />form attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of December, 1979. <br />~chae E.
