RESOLUTION N0. 1815 , <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris, on October 2~, 1929, provided for the appointment <br />of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be com- <br />firmed by the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band Commission <br />to be composed of three (3) members; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Edmond Castleberry, <br />Mrs. Frank Fuller and Mrs. Herbert Turner, as members of said <br />Band Commission have expired; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. <br />Brunette, has re-appointed Edmond Castleberry, Mrs. Frank Fuller <br />and Mrs. Herbert Turner, to serve as members of said Band <br />Commission for a term of one (1) year, beginning July l, 1977 and <br />ending June 30, 1978; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re-appointments of Edmond Castleberry, Mrs. <br />Frank Fuller and Mrs. Herbert Turner, made by the Mayor of the <br />City of Paris, James M.
