RESOLUTION N0. 1877 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, in special emer- <br />gency session convened, does hereby deem it in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Paris to declare a state of emergency due to the fact that <br />the Water Department of the City of Paris is unable to meet the water <br />demands of its customers; andr <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to exercise the <br />emergency powers established in Section 31-30 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That outside useage of City of Paris water be prohibited <br />beginning 8:00 A, M, on the 12th day of July, 1978; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such mandatory rationing <br />shall remain in effect until 8:00 A. M, on the 15th day of July, 1978, <br />and thereafter the rationing ~rocedures established in Section 31-30 <br />of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris shall remain in <br />effect until further notice. <br />Passed and adopted this 1.2th day of July, 1978. <br />, <br />~ ~ ~ . ~ y f,r j j ~Fr ~,~r ,/L a .l` „ ~ A/ 4 * <br />~ <br />~ Michael E.
