ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO AMBULANCE SERVICE CONTRACT,
<br />DATED JUNE 9, 1975, BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARIS, THE
<br />COUNTY OF LA.MAR AND CASS AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC.
<br />STATE OF TEXAS ~
<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR ~
<br />This addendum to ambulance service contract, made this llth day
<br />of October, 1976, by and between the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas,
<br />acting by and through its Mayor, duly authorized, hereinafter called City,
<br />the COUNTY OF LAMAR, STATE OF TEXAS, acting by and through its
<br />County Judge, duly authorized, hereinafter called County, and CASS
<br />AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC., Paris, Texas, a corporation, acting by
<br />and through its President, duly authorized, hereinafter called Cass,
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />It is hereby mutually agreed by and between City, County and Cass
<br />that Paragraph 9 of the above described agreement be changed to read
<br />as follows:
<br />"9. Cass agrees to furnish the County Judge, Lamar
<br />County, and the City Manager, City of Paris, quarterly reports
<br />relating to revenues, expenses, call statistics and the status
<br />of delinquent and uncollectable accounts and keep a system of
<br />records including, but not limited to, call book, bank deposits,
<br />expense and income ledger and corporation checkbook, which
<br />records will be kept separate and exclusive of any other
<br />business enterprise in which Ca.ss might be engaged, all of
<br />which records will be available for inspection at 270 20th
<br />Street, N. E. , Paris, Texas, Cass' Business Office, between
<br />the hours of 9:00 A. M. and 5:00 P. M., Monday through
<br />Friday, by the County Judge and/or City Manager, and
