RESOLUTION NO. 1764 <br />WHEREAS, Article 4436a-1 of Vernon's Annotated Civil <br />Statutes requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the City of <br />Paris and County of Lamar shall consist of seven (7) members <br />who are resident citizens of Lamar County who have resided <br />within the County for a period of more than three (3) years next <br />preceding the time of their appointment; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. <br />Brunette, has recommended the appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis, <br />William Leon Kelley and C. D. McMillan; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis and <br />William Leon Kelley for terms ending December 31, 1977 and <br />appointment of C. D. McMillan for a term ending June 30, 1978, <br />be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the <br />City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1976. <br />~ <br />a es M.
