BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the bid of Morphew <br />Buick-GMC Company, to furnish and deliver three (3) new 1976 1/2 ton <br />pickup trucks, within 75 calendar days, in the amount of $10, 313. 22, <br />is hereby accepted and let, conditioned upon the seller meeting all of <br />the terms and conditions included in the bid documents; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, James M. Brunette, be, and he is hereby authorized and di- <br />rected to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contracts with <br />Bill Booth Motors, Kosterman Motor Co. , Inc., Lowry Chevrolet Inc. <br />and Morphew Buick-GMC Company, to furnish and deliver the equipment <br />above described and described in the several contracts, upon the terms <br />and conditions and in the form shown in said contracts attached hereto <br />as Exhibits A, B, C and D. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of November, 1975. <br />/ <br />mes M.
