Bostic, 918 Kings Court Duncanville, TX <br />75137 <br />Robert Talley stated that he spoke with the owners. They hired Ed Darnell to <br />demolish the house. He was paid but never did the work. The owners have shown <br />copies of the receipts. They do not have the money to pay someone again to tear it <br />down. <br />Don Wilson asked John Lestock if it was possible for them to sue Ed Darnell. Mr. <br />Lestock stated that they ha right <br />toefollow pCw tht heuowners to <br />Municipal Court. The son does not want it no plans to fix it. The roof <br />has a hole in it, boards are rotting and there are broken windows. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />30 <br />
