Minutes <br />Minutes from the last meeting were tabled <br />Main Street Manaaer's Report <br />Clarksville St Sidewalk Project- Ahead of Schedule. Encore and Suddenlink still need to burry <br />lines. The areas in front of Cattle Drive Steakhouse & Hi-Teck should be poured today or <br />tomorrow. <br />Grand Theatre - Hazardous Abatement crew walked through for abatement. Not enough money <br />in grant so the project was broken into smaller groups. Hallway to office left. Storm repair is <br />going got cost $128,000 which Insurance company won't pay. In legal battle at this time and <br />there is no time frame when this will be repaired. <br />Farmer's Market - Great turn out so far this year. Farmers care coming on Tuesdays from 10:30 <br />to 1:00 now. One vendor from Blossom is going to be staying daily. Saturday is almost full with <br />8-12 vendors. Will stay open through June on Tuesdays. <br />Marketing - Felsberg consulting is going to be working on needed marketing for Main Street. <br />Facebook, TV99, youtube videos, paper and etc for 4 months. <br />Budget - Our budget ends in August and anything needing to be ordered needs to be ardered by <br />mid-August <br />Training - It has been 2.5 years since we had a board training and strategic planning. Looking for <br />dates at this time to hold the training. <br />Festival of Pumpkins - Letters have been sent to vendors and sponsors. Already have $7000 in <br />sponsorship and will be emailing past vendors to remind them of the festival. The Garden Club is <br />ready to go with kids' corner again and Barry Diamond is already booked to DJ kid's area. <br />PRMC would like to look into Pumpkin SK Run. <br />23 <br />
