RESOLUTION NO. 1671 , <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has heretofore <br />executed and transmitted Preapplication for Federal Assistance for <br />Street, Water, Sewer and Drainage Improvements Project, requesting <br />Federal Funding in the amount of $300, 000. 00 from the Department of <br />Housing & Urban Development, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A; and, <br />WHEREAS, in order for said preapplication to receive proper <br />consideration, it is necessary, right and proper that the City Council <br />of the City of Paris do, in all things, confirm and ratify the action of <br />the City Manager in making said Preapplication for Federal Assistance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the action of the City Manager, K. R. Sweatt, in com - <br />pleting and executing Preapplication for Federal Assistance, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, in all things, con- <br />firmed and ratified. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of March, 1975.
