Section 3. That, subsequent to the review and approval of TxDOT as otherwise specified <br />herein, the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City <br />of Paris, the contract with Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, Ltd., upon the terms and <br />conditions and in the form approved by the City Attorney, City Manager, and City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That, notwithstanding the other provisions of this resolution, acceptance of <br />said bid and approval of the aforesaid contract is hereby conditioned upon and subject to the <br />subsequent approval of TxDOT, without which such approval the City's actions herein shall <br />be null and void and of no force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 5. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />Michael J.
