northwesterly direction for a distance of approximately 2.065 miles to the intersection of Loop 286 <br />and US 82, the speed limit shall be sixty (60) miles per hour at all times; as evidenced by the attached <br />plan which is hereby approved and made a part thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Two Hundred <br />and no/100 Dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br /> Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict only. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its date of <br />passage and publication as required by law and after the installation of speed limit signs. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael J.
