RESOLUTION NO. 1647 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library <br />shall consist of not less than five (5) members nor more than twelve <br />(12) members, in accordance with Section 17 -16 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sam Stone and D. Bradley Hutchison have resigned <br />as members of the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, as required by said Section 17-16, the Bca rd of <br />Directors has heretofore recommended F. D. Mallory, III and <br />Dee Cunningham to fill the vacancies created by said resignations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That F. D. Mallory, III and Dee Cunningham, residents <br />of the City of Paris, be, and they are hereby appointed to serve as <br />members of the Board of Directors of the Paris Public Library <br />through June 30, 1975, or until their successors are appointed. <br />Passed and adopted this llth day of November, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
