RFSOLUTION NO. 1520 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is vitally in- <br />terested in maintaining adequate air service to Cox Field, Paris, <br />Texas; and, <br />WHNREAS, Frontier Airlines, Inc. has filed an amended applica- <br />tion for suspension and deletion of Paris, Texas from Route 73; and, <br />WHEREA.S, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to the <br />best interest of the City of Paris that its interest be represented <br />by Fisher, McLaughlin & Harrison with regards to such application <br />for withdrawal of service; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That <br />the law firm of Fisher, McLaughlin & Harrison be, and the same is <br />hereby designated as attorney for the City of Paris with regards <br />to Frontier Airlines, Inc.`s application for suspension and dele- <br />tion of service. <br />Passed and adopted this 31st day of October, 1972. <br />es W.
