RFSOLUTION NO. 1513 , <br />WHIIZEAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is interested <br />in procuring easements and rights of way through the proposed <br />Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, prior to the time of annexation of said area, <br />Ralph E. Ingram had constructed upon proposed Lot 9, Block B, of <br />Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of Paris, upon a concrete <br />slab, a shed, near the North West Corner of said lot, upon pro- <br />perty desired for utility easement and which would be dedicated <br />for easement upon Final Plat of Jefferson Heights, prepared but <br />not yet fully executed; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ralph E. Ingram has agreed to execute the plat of <br />the proposed Jefferson Heights Addition, which would grant to the <br />City of Paris a 12 foot easement across the West end of Lot 9 and <br />a 7.5 foot easement across the South side of said Lot 9, if he is <br />assured by the City of Paris that his storage building would not <br />be harmed because of its location upon the proposed utility ease- <br />ment ; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS2 <br />That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the <br />City of Paris, an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A, to protect the storage building upon proposed Lot 9, <br />Block B, of the Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of Paris, <br />currently owned by Ralph E.
