ARTICLE 2. TIME OF COMPLETION <br />The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced <br />and completed to allow the owner to place into operation the <br />equipment provided for herein, on or before April 30, 1973. All <br />work required in the base bid shall be completed by Contractor by <br />coordinating his work with M. D. Misso Construction Company and <br />shall be prepared to begin work upon 15 days notice from the <br />Architect and shall complete installation within 30 calendar days. <br />The contract price shall be subject to reductions for any loss in <br />grant awarded by the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration and <br />Criminal Justice Council under which this project is partially <br />funded due to delay or delays beyond the above date which are due <br />in part or totally to the action or lack of action by the Contractor. <br />ARTICLE 3. THE CONTRACT SUM <br />The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the Contract, <br />cubject to additions and deductions provided therein, in current funds <br />as follows: BASE PROPOSAL: For all labor, materials and equipment <br />necessary for complete installation of closed circuit television and <br />intercom system and all appurtenances thereto for the sum of <br />FIFTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE DOLLARS ($15,753.00). <br />Where the quantities originally contemplated are so changed that <br />application of the agreement unit price to the quantity of work <br />performed is shown to create a hardship to the Owner or the Contrac- <br />tor, there shall be an equitable adjustment of the Contract to pre- <br />vent such hardship. <br />ARTICLE 4.
